Job Responsibilities:
Assist with daily operational activities such as data entry, tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to support decision-making.
Prepare basic reports, dashboards, and summaries using Excel or other tools.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational records.
Support ongoing projects focused on process optimization or digitalization.
Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation control.
Support ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Operations Manager or team leads.
