Operations Lead

Overview

Monitor and manage the daily operations for Shipa Ecommerce end-to-end from the time data is received in Parcel Management module all the way to delivery and invoicing to clients. This job excludes payments, receivables, and payables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of courier and logistics services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of e-commerce packages
• Manage hub/warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound package handling, sorting, and dispatch
• Draft SOPs and work with Tech team on drafting system operations requirement and improving user experience on Shipa Ecommerce systems
• Supervise last-mile delivery execution and optimize delivery routes for cost-efficiency and speed
• Coordinate with Tech team, clients, vendors, and finance team to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
• Train, and manage delivery associates, drivers, and operations support staff
