Operations Lead, Kuwait

Primary Role Focus Responsible for ensuring the customer is receiving full time support from operations and the Field Specialists complete projects efficiently, accurately and safely through the proper distribution of projects and deployment of employees and resources.

  Key Tasks and Responsibilities

+ Receive proposals from the Technical Sales - Kuwait, Safety and engineering Teams and distributes accordingly to the field specialists

+ Receive service requests directly from client locations, follows up with the assigned salesperson and distributes accordingly

+ Coordinate with sales and engineering to ensure tool availability and identify potential project constraints and/or priorities

+ Organize Field Specialists deployment to maximize efficiencies, promote employee development, ensure safety and balance workloads
