This role is the operational engine of our merged entity, responsible for building a solid foundation of operational fluency that puts people first and enables seamless collaboration, consistent delivery, and provides a platform for growth.
We have designed a horizontal integration, meaning that most operational functions of the business (e.g. digital, finance and some elements of people policies and ways of working) are being integrated but we will continue to go to market as Africa Practice and Brink and the way we deliver our work under each brand will continue independently.
