Operations Lead

JOB PURPOSEThis position works out of our Rexdale Canada location where we produce Hellmann’s Mayonnaise. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Lead will lead and develop a team of Production Supervisors, emerge as a strong liaison to Maintenance, Planning, Engineering and Manufacturing Excellence, while being responsible for key business metrics (OEE, Attainment, OR, Operations Cost). This role will provide collaboration to all factory cross functional teams and support the operations manager in the delivery of business goals.
