The Operations Leader for the Hot Gas Path (HGP) Cell at the PTG Service Center facility in Indonesia plays a critical role in overseeing the end-to-end daily operations—from planning through to execution. This position is accountable for ensuring that all activities within the HGP Cell are carried out safely and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of quality. Additionally, the role is expected to drive continuous improvement initiatives, promote operational excellence, solve problems, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
