We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to take full accountability for site performance and lead the operations team through a period of significant growth and change. The site employs over 250 people, operates up to eight production lines on a 24/7 basis, and produces more than 500 million units annually.

• Deliver sustained improvement across safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and environmental (SQDCME) measures.
