Operations Leadership Trainee.

At our location in Simsboro, LA, we are looking for an individual whom has a strong desire to learn all aspects of our business. The candidate will acquire management skills (leadership, teambuilding, interpersonal), technical skills (production management controls, operational processes, and metrics) as well as contribute to the organization through projects to improve production, reduce waste, or process improvement. The Operations Management Trainee participates in an intensive program of approximately 12 months duration and includes rotations through various roles within the assigned facility. The Operations Management Trainee is expected to be prepared for a leadership role upon completion of the program.

Acquire knowledge to include administrative functions, staffing, disciplinary procedures, budget, production processes and requirements while making contributions to the overall performance of the site.
