Role Purpose

The Operations Logistics Supervisor is accountable for ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient execution of all logistics activities within a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment. The role leads a team of circa eight to deliver material availability to production, maintain inventory accuracy, and execute compliant domestic and international shipments. The position carries direct accountability for health and safety management, risk assessment ownership and sustaining 6S standards across logistics operations. This is a hands-on first-line leadership role requiring strong operational discipline, structured supervision and continuous improvement capability.
