Operations Manager to ARM3 supports the Restaurant Manager (RM) in achieving KRA targets through effective management of shift operations.

• Monitor, analyze, and recommend action plans related to shift performance in all KRAs.


• Gather data for marketing program development and provide marketing support requirements.


• Implement the suggestive selling program.


• Check store preparedness for new products (NP) during the shift.


• Implement Food Safety, Cleanliness and Condition (FSC) plans.


• Drive Gold Standard Consistency (GSC) compliance during the shift.


• Provide feedback to function holders when needed.


• Implement Alagang Jollibee (AJ) to gauge customer satisfaction.


• Monitor the performance of the 3P service provider versus Service Level Agreement (SLA).
