Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Director (ED) in the planning and execution of annual work plans and budgets for the Nursing Home (NH) and Senior Care Centre (SCC).
• Work closely with Heads of Departments to ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Manage external vendors and service providers in accordance with contractual requirements, in collaboration with Operations & Facility Management.
• Serve as Site Incident Controller for the Company Emergency Response Team, overseeing emergency response, fire safety, evacuation planning, and drills.
• Prepare management dashboards, reports, and data analysis, including timely submissions to MOH and AIC.
