Operations Manager- Accounting/HR/Admin

Position Overview

• Assist Country Heads to manage local office operation
• Ensure local operation processes are align with HQ policy and meet local regulations
• Establish managing policy include personnel/expense/business trip etc.
• Continually improvement of local operation

Work Tasks

• Oversee and coordinate legal & financial affairs with ASUS Headquarter and external parties in line with the Company’s strategy and vision
• Responsible for a full range of operation duties, but not limited to daily operations management, accounting, HR, maintenances, technical, facility management planning tendering, contractor handling etc.
• Monitor internal cash flow, budgeting, risk management so to ensure accountability of all
