Operations Manager - Afternoons

Role:               Operations Manager
 
Shift:               12pm – 8:00pm Monday – Friday. Occasionally may be required to work 8:30am – 5:30pm support business needs.
 
Location:        8 - 740 Huronia Road, Barrie, ON

Reporting to the Business Owner, the Operations Manager will be responsible for managing cleaning operations and staff assigned to client sites.
 
Job Description
·         Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple job sites.
·         Manage work projects and assign crews/staff as required
·         Ensure periodic cleaning schedule is adhered to by assigned staff and find additional/replacement staff to work on those projects if necessary
·         Support, coach and enforce standards and policies amongst staff.
·         Conduct quality checks and ensure service standards are met.
·         Handle client communication and resolve issues promptly.
