Operations Manager - Aftersales (AC8215)

An opportunity has emerged for an accomplished operational leader to take ownership of a significant multi-state aftersales operation within a large national commercial equipment organisation.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee service and parts operations across multiple locations throughout Queensland and New South Wales, providing leadership, direction and accountability to site and department managers.

With responsibility for a large workforce and a geographically dispersed operation, this role requires a commercially astute leader capable of driving performance, developing teams and ensuring consistent operational standards across the network.

This is a senior leadership role focused on strengthening capability, improving performance and maintaining high standards of service delivery across a complex multi-site business.
