Scope of the role

We are hiring a hands‑on Operations Manager to own and lead our Amazon USA private label operations end to end. This is a player‑coach role: you will manage a small operations team while personally executing and solving critical operational issues across supply chain, inventory, and Amazon Seller Central.

This role is 50% execution, 50% leadership. If you prefer delegation over doing or a strategy without accountability, this role is not a fit.

You will be directly responsible for keeping inventory healthy, forecasts accurate, Amazon account health clean, and operations running without surprises.
