About the Role
The Operations Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations across luxury vacation rentals. This senior leadership role manages both Property Caretaking and Guest Support departments and ensures operational excellence across staffing, property readiness, vendor coordination, and guest experience.
This role requires a strong hospitality operations leader capable of building scalable systems, recruiting strong cultural fits, and maintaining high service standards.
