Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business and Client Services (BCS) team at Marsh. This role will be based in Hong Kong. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of placement and policy servicing tasks, including documentation, policy checks, reporting, data management, and project support.
Set performance objectives and monitor productivity closely.
Develop and implement new procedures to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy and process.
Promote technology adoption and use data analytics to track performance.
Establish quality control measures to minimize errors, ensure data integrity and manage audits.
