Sparksman Transportation Ltd. is looking for an Operations Manager to join our team in Athabasca. Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day‑to‑day transportation operations. This role provides leadership across planning, organizing, and executing daily operational activities to ensure a high standard of customer service and employee satisfaction. As a member of the management team, the Operations Manager plays a key role in setting operational direction, supporting company goals, and providing coaching and development to staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily transportation operations including service delivery, customer service and operational personnel.
- Supervise daily operational activities to ensure routes, charters, and spare driver assignments are effectively managed.
