About you:

• An experienced Operations Manager, with experience gained in a steel/fabrication and/or building materials manufacturing environment.
• Adept with WHS laws and legislation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrable leadership skills.
• Happy to roll sleeves up and be involved in all elements of a manufacturing business as determined by business needs.
• A no compromise approach to quality.
• Experienced with communicating with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Systems and process driven, with a passion for developing staff.
