Operations Manager

Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will lead operational delivery across a multidisciplinary Allied Health workforce spanning podiatry, speech pathology, and dietetics, ensuring excellence in service delivery across aged care, home care, and community settings.

In this non-clinical leadership role, you will be responsible for driving workforce performance, client satisfaction and financial outcomes across multiple service lines and regions.
