Operations Manager

Reporting to the Country Manager Australia you will have overall responsibility for all Service and Operational deliverables within the country. You will utilise your operational management skills to improve performance in order to achieve business targets and increased market share in line with overall Country and Regional strategy. As Operations Manager you will develop and implement action plans in order for your team to Maximise operational excellence by demonstrating commitment to surpass internal and external customers’ expectations. Your existing technical understanding of Solids Control, Waste Management, Disposal products and services will act as a foundation to you developing critical product knowledge in line with our technology strategy - establishing technology over commodity.
