Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist in over-all management of Warehouse Logistics Operations
• Assist in maintaining maximum productivity of the department and utilization of its resources, the integrity of inventory, handling and dispatch of customer requirements.
• Direct management of personnel assigned under his responsibility.
• Analyze performance against KPIs/targets and provides productivity reports.
• Monitor compliance of staff to internal company policies, procedures, safety practices, 5S, GMP, HACCP, ISO and other defined quality programs.
• Assist in overseeking effectiveness of procedures and make improvements as required.
• Research, analyze and implement methods of increasing productivity, including efficient vehicle utilization, upkeep of facility, maintenance of equipments and mechanical devices.
• Review monthly revenue reports, verify completeness and analyze the rates and profitability of various processes.
