Operations Manager - B2B Email Campaign | Quality & Process Systems
Build the operating system for a high-volume B2B marketing and lead generation company. You'll be at the forefront of our large scale outbound B2B email campaign. You'll have direct authority to build SOPs, enforce quality standards, pause workflows, and implement process improvements without committee approvals required.

The Role
Own daily operations: Control room reporting, SOP documentation, quality audits, and Root Cause Analysis. Run the operating cadence (daily standups, weekly ops reviews, monthly retros). Implement sustainable process improvements using CAPA methodology...
