Job Description
Title: Operations Manager
Reports to: Director, Operations, Shared Services
Location: Barcelona, Spain
The Role:
As an Operations Manager, you will work with Technical Project Managers, Technology, Automation Team members, and stakeholders to deliver projects within Data Intelligence & AI Governance
You will provide operational support and manage project-based activities. This includes analysing workflows, reviewing established processes for improvements, assisting in Key Performance Indicator definitions, requirements gathering, project planning and communications.

+ Review Data Intelligence team's workflows with an eye to streamline and centralize them and assure adherence to processes as soon as they are introduced
