We are a fast-scaling U.S.-based bookkeeping company serving real estate investors, short-term rental owners, co-hosts, and real estate professionals.
We are onboarding
20–25 new clients per month
, and this role exists for one reason:
To ensure delivery never breaks as sales scales.
We are hiring an
Operations Manager
to own delivery capacity, workload balance, and operational performance across the entire company.
This is a
high-ownership operations leadership role
responsible for keeping the machine stable while we scale aggressively.
