As the leader of the Operations Team, the Operations Manager is accountable for the end-to-end execution, performance, and continuous improvement of operational activities including production, shipping, material handling, safety, quality control, and facility maintenance.

This role drives operational excellence through cost control, standardization, and continuous improvement, while advancing automation, technology adoption, and scalable processes to support business growth.
