Role & Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for operational, financial, safety, and environmental performance
• Lead and develop the management team, including Supervisors, Managers and Maintenance teams
• Oversee site Profit & Loss, cost centres, and operational expenditure
• Oversee all people management across sites
