Position Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for the end-to-end daily operations of Waikoloa Beach Resort. This role ensures operational efficiency, excellent guest experience, disciplined cost control, staff accountability, and full compliance with regulatory requirements.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong presence on-site, long working hours during peak operations, and full commitment to the resort’s success.
