Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across departments
• Lead warehousing, logistics, production coordination, and distribution activities to support FMCG operations
• Develop, implement, and improve operational policies and procedures
• Supervise staff performance and ensure productivity and accountability
• Monitor operational costs, inventory flow, merchandising schedules, and product movement
• Ensure sufficient stock availability, proper inventory turnover, and minimize shrinkage or wastage
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales, and Administration teams
• Work closely with suppliers, distributors, and retail partners to ensure timely product delivery and customer fulfillment
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements specific to FMCG fast turnaround requirements
