Operations Manager

We are looking for an organised, people‑first generalist to keep the team running and growing. You’ll own hiring pipelines, coordinate team events and culture, manage project scheduling and delivery planning, and drive outbound outreach to prospective clients. This is a hands‑on role in a small team – you’ll have real ownership across the business from day one.
