Operations Manager-CASS Training

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager tojoin our CASS Training Team in our Headquarters, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.

Scope: Operations Manager-CASS Training is responsible for the business development ensuring new business growth and account management for the existing customers, day-to-day management of training processes and trainee administration, ensuring streamlined efficiency and SIRA compliance for Dubai. This role entails scheduling and booking resources, managing student registrations, reconciling reports with administration and finance, and overseeing other special projects as required by the department. The Operations Manager ensures streamlined operations to support the department’s objectives and compliance standards.
