• With strong background in machine shop operations and toolings management
• Knowledgeable in CNC / fabrication / preventive maintenance
• Experience in production planning, workflow, and manpower supervision
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Can implement process improvements and ensure quality & safety standards
• Ability to coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
• Preferably with at least 3–5 years supervisory or managerial experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
