Operations Manager: Collections

We are seeking an experienced Collections Operations Manager to lead and manage high-performing debt collections teams within a regulated environment.

This opportunity is suited to a strong operational leader with proven experience in driving performance, managing people, and delivering results within a collections or financial services environment.

This position is based in Randburg.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric qualification is essential
• A qualification in Management or a related field will be advantageous
• Minimum 7 years' experience within a large call centre in debt collections or financial services
• At least 3 years' experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar senior leadership role
• Proven experience managing IR processes and driving performance improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and collection performance metrics
