Background
Upcision is a growing B2B Lead Generation agency servicing 40+ clients ranging from SMB to Fortune 500. We generate inbound responses daily from our outbound marketing engine that hit the system.
A verification team calls, cleans, and qualifies and sends them to clients on a CPL, pay-per-performance basis. You'd be running a fast-moving control room where quality, speed and precision matter every day & reporting directly to the CEO
About You:
You're an A player with a tenacious grit. You're the type of person who loves a place that challenges you where you grow. You've managed sales or business development agents before. You've run an operations room. You speak in measurable outcomes & KPIs. This role owns daily fulfillment operations and quality control.
