Position Responsibilities

+ Manage multiple teams across operations

+ Own delivery for AML/KYC/EDD projects

+ Oversee hiring, training, and performance management

+ Support client engagement and governance reporting

+ Supervise daily activities of analysts and investigators.

+ Ensure SLA and KPI adherence across team output.

+ Coach and develop junior staff.

+ Drive operational excellence and margin optimization

+ Represent team in client-facing discussions

+ Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations Demonstrates the ability to complete Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Fraud alert reviews and/or EDD case investigations as needed.

+ Monitor and stay current with BSA/AML and OFAC regulatory, industry developments, and best practices.
