The Challenges

  • Leading and developing a national customs compliance team to ensure efficient, compliant, and customer-focused operations.

  • Managing the end-to-end customs clearance process, ensuring adherence to local regulations and internal standards.

  • Serving as the key liaison with customs authorities, internal stakeholders, and external clients to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.

  • Driving operational efficiency and risk mitigation by implementing data-driven process improvements and performance monitoring.

  • Overseeing performance metrics, coaching team members, and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
