Operations Manager / Department Manager (F&B)

• Oversee financial performance by preparing bi-monthly P&L, tracking daily sales, setting targets, and submitting monthly roving costs.
• Manage manpower through MCCs, interviews, rostering, redeployments, and resolving salary/utilization issues.
• Support outlet operations by resolving maintenance/IT issues, upholding hygiene standards, and stepping in as Admin Coordinator when needed.
• Ensure SOP compliance by reviewing, updating, and enforcing operational standards across all outlets.
• Handle systems & platforms including TMS, SAP, and delivery platform applications.
• Drive operational improvements through analysis, manpower planning, and collaboration with departments to optimize sales and efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma in F&B related subject. Candidates with the F&B industry will be added advantage
• Hands on and positive learning attitude
• Willing to work 5.5-day week
