Job Description

  Operations Manager - Donegal 4* Hotel 
 My client, a 4* Hotel in Donegal, is seeking an experienced & motivated Operations Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the Operations Manager will be in a hands-on role, primarily responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day F&B and C&B operation of the Hotel. To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will enjoy the prospect of working in a multi-outlet, fast-paced, busy working environment and, ideally, have experience in a large 4* Hotel with multiple outlets and a strong F&B and Event business
  The Candidate: 
 Solid hands-on Hotel management experience in a 4* or 5* Hotel environment preferably as a Food & Beverage Manager or Operations Manager
 Hands-on experience in Hotel operations, specifically, Food & Beverage and Conference & Banqueting
