Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee vessel operations and support the commercial team. This role involves coordinating day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth voyage execution, and handling post-fixture tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of vessels in coordination with Masters, agents, charterers, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee voyage documentation, stowage planning, and bunker arrangements.
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of port calls, cargo operations, and voyage instructions.
• Monitor vessel performance and manage operational or performance-related claims.
• Coordinate freight, hire, and demurrage payments with the finance team.
• Support legal and insurance matters related to contracts and claims.
• Maintain clear communication and records to ensure operational efficiency.
