We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day management of dry bulk vessels, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across ports, cargo handling, and voyage execution. This role acts as a key link between masters, charterers, agents, and internal stakeholders, safeguarding vessel performance, compliance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily vessel operations, cargo handling, bunkers, and voyage performance.
- Coordinate with masters, agents, and charterers on port calls, on/off-hire, berthing, and documentation.
- Manage PDAs, hire/freight invoicing, laytime calculation, demurrage/dispatch settlement, and payment follow-up.
