About the Role

This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cross-functional coordination, compliance, and smooth execution of processes that support project delivery and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Planning & Management
Manage and optimize daily operational processes across development and construction functions.
Develop operational plans, workflows, and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency.
Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Cross-Functional Coordination
