Operations Manager

Quinn Downes Group are a leading National provider of Mechanical Service Installations to high-profile clients across Ireland. We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our expanding team.

The Operations Manager will be experienced in the HVAC industry, and be heavily involved in the running of our projects team.

Main Responsibilities

• Weekly labour control and management.
• Assist payroll with any timesheet queries that may arise.
• Collaborate with Apprentice Skills Manager in the development of our Apprentices.
• Point of contact for our site staff, maintaining good communication and relationships with them.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a strong focus on continuous performance improvements in day-to-day tasks in conjunction with Project Directors.
