Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Operations Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Operations Manager role is responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and managing an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
• Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
• Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
• Coordinate with other departments and Flex sites to drive for excellence.
• Coordinate the efforts of the operations team by establishing procurement, production, and engineering services policies and practices.
• Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
