Operations Manager

Purpose

The Operations Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of installation projects, field teams, and operational logistics across BMT's national client base. This role ensures that batteries are delivered, installed, and maintained to the highest safety and quality standards — on time, every time.

· Monitor technician dispatching and job card completion using tracking apps and dashboards.
