Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Operational Manager to oversee and lead day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong and inspiring leader with exceptional communication skills, capable of motivating a small team while maintaining high operational standards.
This role requires a proactive self-starter who is comfortable working both strategically and practically, and who can confidently engage with pet owners and animal lovers in a professional, empathetic manner.
