Operations Manager

Lexdan Select is assisting a company in the Healthcare industry with their search for an Operations Manager, based in Johannesburg.
The salary range on offer is between R1m - R1.4m p/a.
Responsibilities:
Provide input into the development of the business strategy.
Track operational performance and take corrective measures to ensure functional objectives are met.
Contribute to the preparation of the operations budget, oversee its administration, and provide regular financial performance updates.
Oversee and track adherence to legal requirements and governance standards within operational activities.
Stakeholder management and relations.
Contract management.
Requirements:
Completed bachelors degree in Business Management, Financial Management, or Project Management.
Five years' senior management operations experience in the healthcare/medical aid, or financial services industry.
