Operations Manager (Construction and Tendering)

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Must have at least 10 years of experience in construction operations and tendering, with at least 7 years in a management role.
Must have a proven track record of managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
Must have experience with tendering, bid preparation, and contract negotiation.
Must have strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making abilities.
Must have strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Must be proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera and Microsoft Office.
Must have strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
