As Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for all Energy projects—ensuring governance, quality, and consistent execution across the portfolio. To stay close to operations and support your team effectively, you will also manage one key project annually during the initial period. This role combines people leadership, operational reporting and strategic development, driving continuous improvement of our execution model and collaborating across departments to secure quality, profitability, and timely delivery of projects worldwide.
