Responsible for supervising manufacturing technicians and team leaders to guide them to meet operational goals including: safety, quality and cost out objectives by using the Eaton Lean Six Sigma tools and systems including the implementation of lean manufacturing and variance reduction practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of manufacturing and transactional processes for the Electrical/AMER Juarez Plant. Will provide training, coaching and mentoring for continuous improvement events in support of plant objectives.
