SUMMARY:

Aeroseal Europe is looking for a highly capable Operations Manager to build, own, and scale the operational backbone of Aeroseal's European business. You'll work on high-impact initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our partners.

This is a hands-on, execution-first role responsible for ensuring Aeroseal Europe operates compliantly, predictably, and efficiently across multiple countries. You will own European governance, compliance, operational cadence, and performance infrastructure - enabling commercial and technical teams to scale without friction or risk.
